Max Planck Princeton Center Workshop - October 2013

MPPC Working Group Meeting - October 28 - 29, 2013 - Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory - Room B-318

MPPC General Meeting - October 30 - November 1, 2013 - Princeton University - Jadwin Hall - 4th Floor Seminar Room

We are delighted to announce that the third general meeting of the Max-Planck/Princeton Center for Plasma Physics (MPPC) will be held in Princeton, New Jersey from Wednesday, October 29 - Friday, November 1. The prior two meetings were held in Princeton, New Jersey and in Garching, Germany. It is anticipated that most members of and participants in MPPC will attend. Invited speakers from outside MPPC will also attend. The meeting is critical for interactions within MPPC between researchers in the four center topics. The general meeting will be preceded by two days (October 28-29) of parallel working group meetings on each of the four center topics (reconnection, turbulence, energetic particle, magneto rotational instability). All of the working group meetings are open to all attendees of the general meeting.
